LANDMARK RENDITIONS is an evolving art studio and an architectural design studio. Our artwork has been featured in The Annapolis Maritime Museum with Annapolis Arts Alliance and at The Circle Gallery with the Maryland Federation of Arts. We are enjoying the progress and development of our fine art. Many of our commissions are creating inspiration and hope in our community.
The design studio offers sketches, illustrative watercolors and schematic images for use in design, marketing presentations and brochures for architects, developers, builders, and realtors. Our exterior renditions are used for conceptual design, marketing images, client gifts, advertising for businesses housed in historic or notable buildings, and graphics used in web design. Our interior renditions provide “virtual staging” to enhance the presentation of unfurnished homes and offices. Interior renditions are an appealing and cost effective way to market real estate and design firms, creating a win/win partnership.
